Liz Williams grew up on the outskirts of Asheville, NC, where she started her journey in the hospitality industry. Her passion stemmed from her position in an eclectic restaurant she took at a young age. Inspired by the creativity and energy of the establishment, Williams began to immerse herself in the art of beverage, food and unforgettable guest experiences. Williams moved with effort from server assistant to operations, eventually moving to Charleston, SC where she attended culinary school and managed a variety of food and beverage concepts, including a boutique Marriott Hotel as Director of B&F. Williams credits her education to veterans of the hospitality industry who have guided her in the world of culinary arts and outstanding libations. With EAg, Williams uses her hospitality expertise to oversee hotel bar openings across the globe. When she is not traveling with EAg, Williams is spending time with her son, writing free verse and enjoying new experiences.
